choose breathing cycle duration. Beginners should start with 8s.
Tap the central blue orb to begin breathing exercise. Follow the circle's contraction and expansion to adjust your breathing:
Close your eyes and focus on breathing. Vibration and sound cues will alert you at each phase transition. The screen also shows current phase and remaining time.
Tap the central circle again to stop. Recommended: 3-5 minutes per session, 2-3 times daily.
Once you're familiar with the rhythm, you can minimize the app or switch to other tasks. The audio beep cues will continue to guide you through each breathing phase transition (inhale โ exhale), allowing you to maintain your practice while working, reading, or doing other activities. This hands-free approach makes it easy to integrate breathing exercises into your daily routine.

Drag the Breathing Cycle Duration slider to adjust freely between 4-60 seconds. Suitable for advanced users to customize personal rhythm.
Drag the Vibration Duration slider (Android only) to set vibration length (0.1-2.0 seconds).
The settings panel bottom displays supported features on your device: Vibration, Wake Lock, Service Worker, etc.

After waking, before lunch break, or before bed are ideal practice times. Helps wake the body, relax the mind, and improve sleep.
Sit in a comfortable chair with straight back and feet flat on floor. Can also cross-legged or lying down - find what's most comfortable.
Recommend closing eyes during practice, relying on vibration and sound cues. Makes it easier to eliminate distractions and focus on breathing.
After mastering the rhythm, you can put the app in the background. Audio beeps will guide you through phase transitions while you work or multitask.
Beginners start with 8s cycle, 3 minute sessions. Gradually increase to 12s cycle, 5-10 minutes when comfortable. Don't rush.
Choose quiet, undisturbed environment for practice. Can enable airplane mode or do not disturb to avoid notification interruptions.
Practice at fixed times daily to form a habit. Even just 3 minutes, consistency shows significant results.
